After spending 25 years in women’s ministry, Lisa Rose began First Friday, an inspirational monthly experience where hundreds of ladies gathered at the local theatre to hear experts offer hope and help to positively navigate life’s daily challenges. After eight years of First Friday, Rose founded The Gatehouse, a community where women and children in crisis receive a hand up to end cycles of abuse and poverty, and build new lives for permanent, positive change. Lisa and Matt have two adult children, a growing family and reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
